Laura brings more than 15 years' experience across employment law, HR and operational leadership, working with both private and non-profit organisations.
Her expertise includes employment disputes, settlement negotiations, mediation, complex employee relations and unionised environments, alongside experience at both operational and Board level.
Laura is also a qualified civil and commercial mediator and has trained in employment tribunal advocacy.
